      Work with friendly and knowledgeable people

      Cons

      Cost reduction is the top priority in every situation. Management does not see the value that the employees bring to the company and will offer the lowest pay available. Company lack organization and they make it impossible to organize. There is a lingering culture of everyone wanting to leave for a better job. Full-time hours advertised for technicians but that is not the case.
