      The people were nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Very little career progression opportunities, Only people who had worked for the company from the beginning were in management positions. Education didn't help you progress further. No additional training.

      The company was ran very efficiently, and the pay was more than I expected for the simplicity of work.

      Smell is awful, but you do get use to it after a while.
