Pros
Best company culture you will find hands down! Owners really care about the people who work there and the people are all amazing!
Cons
Benefits aren't the greatest but it's a smaller company. They do the absolute best that they can at this stage of the company. I fully expect the benefits to grow as the company grows.

Great workplace culture. Rapidly-growing company that promotes from within. Bottom-up process development: Process changes are typically initiated by employee suggestions such that everyone can have a hand in the direction of the company development.
Cons
The salaries of most positions could be better.
