Pros
The best reason to work here are the friendliness of other staff members and the amount of responsibility entrusted to you right away. The hours and benefits are also very good. The location is nice as well, and you get to interact with many important people in the industry.
Cons
The negative aspect of working here is because it's such a small organization there is no room for career growth. Also the work can become tiresome if you are not truly passionate about it.
