Good for starter, If you are coming to UAE for 1st time then definitely dont prefer this company coz you would lose passion for working here.
Cons
Too many relatives of MD, who controls every decision and often things fall into inefficiency. Organization is definitely biased to people from managlore and Christians . Favoritism and politics is at its peak over her, Discrimination based on origin, nationality and gender is common and they expect you to fit in.
