      Pros

      Remote work, which is very convenient. The team is nice and polite. Coworkers willing to support each other. You will enjoy the job more if you're bilingual, as most international personnel don't speak Spanish.

      Cons

      All the heavy lifting is done in the US, so not many growth opportunities if you are not located there, even though everyone does remote work, which doesn't make sense, honestly.
