Pros
Work with passionate professionals aimed to solve the global water crisis using engineering solutions. Leadership really is trying to make this a great place to work. I know this has got to be better than 99% of non-profit organizations.
Cons
The company is not too diverse. Leadership is not too flexible or open-minded about those who do not think/believe similar things to them...
