Project management is a joke, no one in charge knows what they are doing. No HR department, so if you have a problem you have to talk to the office manager who is the owners best friend. Management doesn't manage people, they only manage the latest crisis. Employees are given no feedback on thier performance but are held to account for any perceived lack of performance without any examples where they are falling short. Avoid working for WWE at all possible.
