Pros

Flexible hours. Great for just Summer work. People you work with are great.

Cons

Lack of training. Lack of safety. No competitive pay. They're playing a dangerous game with OSHA, OSHA gives you 3 months to fix something or they fine you. Water World is only open for 3 months, so they don't fix anything. This is the type of place that puts money over safety. They "shut up and get it done" attitude is very apparent.

Pros

Sometimes it is fun to be outside

Cons

They make you work overtime and don’t pay you for that nor do they pay you for the hours you actually work. They make you clock out but won’t let you leave. There’s a whole military like structure where new people are treated like garbage and there’s hazing by upper management. Forced to work long hours in 100 degree weather where you are denied sunscreen and water and yelled at by guests and if you’re a female sexual harassment is encouraged all around. Also pay is only minimum wage.
