Pros

The people made working at WaterAid an enjoyable experience, everyone is friendly and helpful. The cause is something that is close to heart and important, therefore it kept me motivated to doing good work.

High amounts of workloads due to budget constraints to scale teams and lower than average salary

Was really flexible to work with.

Cons

Not a good experience. Sales/marketing is commision based, there is no fixed income. Team was not supportive as well.
