Good people, a discrepancy between cultures at different offices.

Pros
Some very smart people doing interesting things in field research and environmental data analytics. Certainly at the Illinois office, the culture is fun and casual, people are great and enjoyable to work with.
Cons
Our clients can demanding and unethical. There is a difference between cultures at the two main offices that is difficult to bridge. Management is by engineers and scientists rather than business folk and so it's not always efficient or reasonable.
