      Frustrating Work Environment, Hostile Co-Workers

      -Work is not all that difficult or complicated -Uniforms are high quality, ordered to fit -Complex is nice -Tennants can be friendly -Overtime is plentiful

      Cons

      -Management is incompetent -Corporate hates Patrol Services -Outdated Equipment -Everyone with rank is too high on their own supply -Promotions are rare and usually given based on seniority, not performance -Overachievers are disliked -Company hires a lot of ex-police, workplace culture is very toxic as a result -Big bias towards whites in hiring -Some of the older tennants are racist

      Pros

      Fantastic people to work with, diverse employees, meaningful work, pay is competitive and benefits are great.

      Cons

      Department heads do not delegate, plans take forever to begin and finish, advancement is not encouraged, average age of employees is too high, corporate doesn't like spending money on employees.

      Pros

      There are some great residents. Property is beautiful.

      Cons

      Management initially seem great but there is a strong element of people-pleasing and toxic immeshment where decisions are made based on the whims of the Board of Directors rather than for the benefits of residents as a whole. Passive aggression rather than assertive communication. Micromanaging from individuals other than supervisor.
