Both Board of Directors and Management don’t offer much support to the rest of Staffing needs. Coupled with the toxicity of many residents, this workplace has become an unsustainable environment for hard working employees whose value, commitment and dedication are largely taken for granted or worse, exploited.
Loved the interaction with owners, tenants and those coming in the office needing assistance.
Cons
Small office, outdated technology, and worn-out furnishings. Interior unisex restroom. No kitchen or place to prepare meals. Many closed-door meetings throughout the day. Management does not share information. Owners don't seem to like management.
Assistant GM seems to shoulder the majority of work.
