      Suspended for one month when I missed a shift due to my husbands hospitalization, despite my excellent work history.

      Pros

      Staff is very friendly and warm, albeit superficially so. Church physical environment is nice. Large, gorgeous new building. New childcare area is spacious, well stocked and very pretty.

      Cons

      Employee sign up for shifts difficult due to website which is not user friendly. Surprisingly lacking in sympathy for serious personal issues of employees. Not willing to give needed personal leave. Very self serving, un-Chistian attitude in this area.

      Pros

      Absolutely awesome program. Would highly reccomend to anyone at any level whether that be seminary grads, recent college grads, or anyone who wants to pursue ministry full time.
