They feed you sometimes.

Cons

Over hire when busy, then fire. No stabilty! Benefits suck and pay. If you are thinking about working for this company, look at the recent review dates, all on the same day or close dates to each other, clearly fake reviews requested by management. How do I know? Because that's what they ask of there employees on all social media outlets to do for them, they even give gift cards to you for the most positive reviews. A good company shouldn't have to pay for good reviews.

Massive layoffs

Pros

Watermark has always been a great place to work but they have done three rounds of layoffs decimating the underwriting and processing departments.

Cons

Real concern this company will not survive the current constriction of the mortgage industry. The people who have survived the third round of layoffs should be worried. The amount of quality staff that have been let go is staggering. Watermark does not appear to have the financial stamina and reserves to survive.

The processing manager Nancy, she is amazing!! Family environment with good amount of files to go around for the most part

Management can play favorites to an extreme and act out of line at times.
