      Pros

      Hard to think of one. If you like being micromanaged and demeaned, come here.

      Cons

      Old school leadership. Micromanagement. Cowardice. No new ideas, any process developed beyond 1990 is shunned and stopped. No room for growth. Original thought discouraged. Dying industry. No new products. Waters unwilling to expand portfolio. Nepotism. Waters has slowly been taking away perks . No support. Leadership makes demands and cannot demonstrate what they want. Terrible morale. Aging leadership just holding on, not willing to change and jeopardize jobs before retirement.

      Convent location for commuting and plenty of work to do.

      Cons

      Before I excepted my offer I was warned by previous employees that ERA doesn't take care of their workers but I didn't listen because I was desperate for a job. This is my warning to you. Do not work for this company.

      Benefits were very good and can't be beaten.

      Cons

      High turn-over. Upper management always enjoyed doing micromanaging on people that were just trying to do their jobs. Menial work is given often to people that are more than capable of doing complex analyses if they were given the opportunity to.
