Pros
If you want to have a starting career with venture capital industry, it is a good place to go. It is small, but has many local connections. The CEO is a retired BOA manager, very knowledgeable and friendly.
Cons
Again, it is a small and local company. To be successful in the venture capital lending industry, a company must be living in a fruitful business environment. But Norfolk is a place which is dominated by the naval business, there is no much promising private business to invest. Long distance investments are riskier on the other hand. Therefore, they kinda of have trouble with good projects.
