Beautiful product which makes it easy to get in doors.

Cons

No flexibility on pricing for clients. They don't own their own manufacturing facilities, so the lead times are sometimes impossible to work with. Management tends to see you as a spreadsheet, not a lot of vision. Low salary and commission structure.
