-Extremely poor benefits -Pay is not competitive -Long hours that are seen as your problem - even though feedback will come in from your angry Art Director at 7:30pm at night after not looking at it all day.... It is only due to disorganization. -Company policy is inconsistent and favors the same 3 people and the owner -Angry environment -Extremely Unorganized which makes everyone scramble -Unrealistic budgets and timelines -High turn-over with staff -Lack of trust from management -Depressed employees -Management does not treat any employees nicely - lots of blame game and literal screaming matches in the office between leads who have been there for years. They argue at least once a day in the office or monopolize meeting times to have public shamings and even yell at new hires, juniors, and interns.

Poor management, favoritism, and turning a blind eye toward inappropriate work behavior result in quick burnouts and high turnover. Pay is meager (read: sucks). Long hours.
