Pros

Flexible start and end times. Casual office atmosphere. Co-workers are generally nice and helpful. CEO is friendly and easy to talk to.

Cons

Upper management lacks execution of communicated company goals. They seem to know the direction they want to move the company but fail time and again to make it happen.

Pros

There are fantastic opportunities to learn and do different things. The main body of workers will try and help anyone.

Cons

C.E.O. is a fantastic individual and person and really tries, but other core executive leadership promote silos and a "me first" mentality. There is no positive change mentality and often there is an active effort to suppress promotions from within.
