Pros

Learned an entirely new skill set in fuel cell manufacturing and clean room operations. * The work itself was interesting and challenging. * Many hardworking coworkers who genuinely cared about doing a good job. * Fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn.

Cons

Leadership was the biggest weakness. Management appeared stretched too thin, communication was inconsistent, and expectations changed frequently. Employees received very little coaching or constructive feedback, making it difficult to know whether you were meeting expectations until problems arose. The clean room regularly experienced contamination and HVAC issues, resulting in frequent interruptions for containment and cleaning procedures. While PPE was provided, the operational challenges often made it difficult to consistently meet production goals. Job security felt very low. I observed multiple experienced employees with years of service, additional responsibilities, and positive performance recognition suddenly lose their jobs with little apparent warning or opportunity to address concerns beforehand. It created an environment where many employees felt expendable. Overall morale suffered because of inconsistent leadership, lack of transparency, and constant uncertainty.

Pros

Offered free healthcare to employees

Cons

Communication from management was often inconsistent leading to confusion regarding priorities. Employee feedback was rarely acknowledged. Understaffing led to employees being overworked, while exceptions remained humanly impossible. Do not recommend.

Pros

Health insurance was paid for by the company

Cons

Management Style: The leadership culture feels exclusionary, with a visible "favorites" system that impacts morale and career progression. Lack of Accountability: Blame is often shifted to lower-level employees for systemic or leadership-level mistakes. Compensation: Very difficult to secure raises; the pay structure doesn't seem to reward tenure or loyalty. Promotion Bias: New hires often bypass long-term employees for promotions, leading to high turnover.
