      Working remotely, very diverse group of employees

      Cons

      CEO / Co-Founder consistently misleads employees who end up lying to customers and prospects. Really disorganized and lacks structure and solid leadership. The legal team is larger than their sales department. Commissions are paid inconsistently and without any clear explanation.
