Pros

I thought working with a team that builds books for Authors would be fun and satisfying.

Cons

.....and I could not have been more wrong about BookFuel/WaveCloud. This place treats their clients badly after they pay. There is no reasonable excuse for this . They become very good at taking money from folks who then trust them...until the inevitable happens and folks clearly find out they gave their money to an uncaring group of greedy higherups. This is not a worthwhile company to work for. They then spend weeks months and years trying to do as little as possible for the buyer. How can people live like this.

BookFuel Doesn't Value Their People

Pros

They offer lenient employee scheduling.

Cons

- Gross under compensation - No annual raises (or any raises) or bonuses for top-performing employees - Unrealistic workload - No training - Unattentive management - An overall attitude that every employee is replaceable. BookFuel does not see value in their employees and that attitude was reflected every day I was there.

Pros

WaveCloud has renamed to BookFuel. They are rapidly becoming a leader in the self-publishing industry. It has been fun to see the company now achieve significant sales volume and improve its service delivery for authors. It is a fun place to work.

Cons

The company did morph a few times until it found itself mid-2015. That made it challenging for some employees to keep up or who were required to "pivot" with the changes.
