      Pros

      None. Completely downhill in the last few years.

      Cons

      Horrible management culture. They don’t want artificial harmony but the second you bring up anything wrong you’re in trouble, disciplined, and pushed aside. The product is too complex for hospitals, sales can’t say No we can’t do that making things worse, soul sucking jobs and culture.

      Great people—work has its ups and downs.

      Pros

      Really is like a family. People take care of each other, and we pull together to get stuff done for our customers and colleagues.

      Cons

      The downside of that family vibe is that sometimes we ask too much of ourselves for too long. We overstretch so that we don’t drop the ball, when really what we need is not heroism, but better organization and maybe more staff.
