      Great company with long night shifts for support agents

      Pros

      Great company from my experience, good benefits overall and the best colleges I have ever worked with. If you're a nerdy musician you'll definitely find your place there.

      Cons

      Technical Support agents are constantly "jet-legged" as night shifts are very long and occur every other week.
