      -work on international projects and clients -friendly employees

      Cons

      -no proper office in Karachi. Only 3 toilets for 100+ employees. Office is also very unhygienic with no place to have lunch -no investment on employee learning and development -no work-life balance. Developers are treated as slaves -no proper hr system. hr team is not qualified to take care of employees. they cut salary on getting 30mins late and no benefits for late sittings. -there is no appraisal system at Wavetec.bonus and increments are always delayed and are not transparent -poor budgets -no woman at a leadership position

      For individuals living in Karachi, The office is unusually at Korangi Industrial Area and office commute can be one thing to be concerned, lastly what the headline says.. (Lack of Professionalism in Management, Work and Environment)
