The service department was understaffed during my time of employment, however this was largely attributed to COVID regulations-- the department being closed temporarily, along with the dealership, then when businesses were allowed to reopen we had to do so with updated safety protocols which meant less people allowed on the service floor, etc. Because their service department is a literal staple to the city of Auburn- whether you drive a Ford or not, their guys are good; so the main complaint I received from clients was that they could not get their vehicle in for servicing for, at times, several weeks out. Overall the dealership did an excellent job managing these issues, service managers worked late, often skipping lunch breaks, to do their best to meet their longterm clients' needs.
