A company filled with incapable people

Pros

Just one: If you are good at pleasing people and have zero skills this is the best company for you

Cons

Too many The people working here are so incapable that working here becomes suffocating. Just because they are friends with the CEO they are sitting on top positions. People who should be working under people are having people work under them. The HR and marketing department is a joke. No weekend off. No off even on some prominent public holidays HR and management are blind towards the people who are head of the departments. They come and go whenever they please. Talking to these "heads" only proves how incapable they are; they make zero sense most of the times. Some of them can't even spell properly. No way it's a place to grow unless you are good at pleasing people. People who can't spell or talk properly are taking interviews and hiring people.

Pros

1) Awesome working environment along with extremely talented Seniors. 2) i've had heard many companies using "family" word while referring themselves - here at way2online I experienced it. 3) Learning Curve and simplicity of seniors here - No politics.

Cons

If you are the one who is running and impatient with Monetary aspect - no this is not the right place, you have to earn it, competition is honest and fierce.

Pros

My rating is only " FOR THE COMPANY". "Please go through Con's before Pro's". It’s enticing to work at a startup. The tech world was casual and fun. Lots of opportunity to travel with a growing, innovative company. Front line staff is great. Opportunity to get your hands in a lot of different things if you have the desire. You can have the salary benefits based on the performance or you cant take the yearly appraisal.

Cons

In my experience I had a very unhealthy work-life balance. It’s a family owned business so if you’re a member of the family you get an unfair advantage for being hired without the traditional recruitment process that everybody else has to go through. Huge and special benefits for their managerial relatives or the same caste people who work in that company. The managers or leaders have the capability to designate a non-experienced person as a "MANAGER" too. Sounds funny but its true. Definitely not a good platform for people who are fluent in English and who are willing to show up something with their talks. Trust me, if you do so everyone in that company will see you as an "ALIEN". That's just Very disorganized in my opinion for executives who nitpick everything you do. Executives are too casual with their leadership. Very tense environment at times which caused a lot of anxiety about which version of the leaders you were going to get. Very passive aggressive management which was annoying and just unnecessary. You cant tell its a startup by the way company is led. Benefits are not good. Unprofessional communication all over the place with cursing a prominent staple of the culture by upper management. Basically if you keep your mouth shut and your head down and work 24/7 you'll be fine. But if you deviate from any of that they will make your life miserable.
