      Pros

      I am working for a manager that I can trust, and feel supported every step of the way. My goals for personal growth are heard and I often receive constructive feedback on how I can achieve said goals. I am also excited to see investments the business is making to support internal growth start coming to life.

      Cons

      Our CRM that is used daily by many different employees seems outdated. It is a powerful tool, but is very slow and can be buggy. Also there is lots of “red tape” to get simple tasks done. Workflows sometimes require approval by people who may have no involvement on the topic or are located in another time zone.

      Supportive and positive work environment. Management and leadership are long timers and care deeply about not only the business but the people there.

      Cons

      Corporate office isn't as great as the locals. Smaller place means higher level opportunties are far between.
