Pros
The post is business analyst but it's a sales job. 1. You are given a telephone and desktop. All you have to do is to call random people and ask them to buy services. 2. If you just love talking and you are good in fooling people this is a place for you. 3. Initially the pay is low I.e 12,000 if target are not met or 27,000 if you sold service of 1,50,000 but it's easy money once you get acquainted with this. The team is very helpful and supportive initially.
Cons
Where to start. 1. Daily same work nothing productive. Just call some random person, and fool him to buy service. After 1 year you will be doing same thing just at different level. 2. You can't use your phone in office time. 3. They can hold your salary I seen this as 5-10 people leave the company every month. 4. Stress can been seen. It's not easy to convince people to buy services which do not give them any profit at all. People who are ethical will not fit in this place.
