Was a pioneer in the digital media management space. Attracted top talent, had a dedicated & driven management team, and provided good growth opportunities. Was able to secure licensing deals with top media rights holders such as the BBC, NHK, Augusta, etc. Very technologically innovative, and strong culture. Then the new management came....
Cons
Shadow of its former self. When the original "core" management left - the wheels started to come off the bus. Three CEOs in 24 months, 4 CFOs in the same period. The current "turnaround" management team has taken the ax to many talented & dedicated people. Destroyed significant company value. Now its just a "job" to many, without a growth path or career potential. Current management is in it for themselves and their golden parachutes - no care for the rest of the employees. Sad to see such wasted potential. Many, many better opportunities out there.
