      Pros

      The opportunity to learn about the TV and film industry

      Cons

      Toxic culture, lack of vision, lack of benefits and this is the tip of the iceberg. POP is a terrible place to work. Most of the reviews on here come from background artists who aren't working for POP at all so the current rating is positively skewed when really it should be lower than it currently is. People keep leaving the business every other week because it is that bad.

      Pros

      As a newcomer you are given plenty of time to understand the company and learn the required technologies before needing to dive into work. Transparency: Weekly company meeting on future changes coming to the platform along with well-explained statistics on the progression of the company’s current goals. Open floor for discussing new Ideas, which are always welcomed. Encouragement for self-development. Feeling of worth for the work you do here, not just another cog in the wheel.

      Cons

      As there is a lot of trust involved, you’re often left to your own devices, so if don’t work well independently, you may struggle. However, support is always provided if needed. POP is very tech-centred and if you are less tech-savvy the lingo used here may be difficult to grasp.
