I loved working with the clients, and some of my coworkers were great
Cons
You will get stuck with lowest they can pay you no matter how hard you work. Upper management will use you until there’s nothing left of you. They will make you work in understaffed, poor conditions for years and always say it’s going to get better. They fire people who don’t deserve to be fired which left clinical team with 1-2 therapists per 64 clients. Too high expectations of staff and the may does not match up.
