It’s always hard to hear that an employee feels so negatively about employment with We Ship Express. We work hard to create a positive employment experience where employees can express their concerns and speak their mind. While there are some pockets of higher turnover than other areas in the company, we are very proud to be below industry average overall. We feel this reflects our focus on the employment culture we have built over the last few years. I agree, no one likes to be micromanaged. Our goal is to enable our leaders at all levels to develop their employees within their current jobs and career and give them the autonomy to do their best work.
