Hi Reviewer. Thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We take pride in our training program and want to ensure that all of our team members are getting the support they need. We encourage anyone struggling to speak up so that we can provide additional training, one-on-one coaching, and additional resources. Work/life balance is important to us. While we do work hard and encourage our teammates to build their entrepreneurial mindsets, we trust our team members to prioritize, plan, and make their own decisions regarding their lives outside of work. Any employee who is looking for additional support when it comes to work/life balance is encouraged to reach out for help.
