My first real job, learned a lot from this place. The people here are really helpful, always willing to go that extra mile just to make the employees understand things and to keep the clients happy.

It is a Startup ran by passionate people. Great learning opportunity for fresher and intern. If you like what you do, will turn into a fun place. Every one are equal, and there is always the open door policy.
Cons
striking a right balance between personal and work life is challenging . Since it takes time for you to adjust in the environment , initially it seems like pressure. there is no hierarchy.
