      The workplace has a really friendly and helpful vibe, with supportive colleagues who are always ready to assist. You also get to work with some of the latest technologies being used in the industry, which is great for learning and staying up to date.

      Cons

      While the workplace is supportive and uses the latest technologies, it can sometimes feel overwhelming to keep up with the pace of learning and adapting to new tools.

      Collaborative work culture: The work environment at WeFrame Tech is truly amazing. Everyone is always ready to help, and the team spirit is strong. Modern tech stack: WeFrame Tech uses cutting-edge tools and frameworks, especially in the headless and JAMstack space, which has given me great exposure. Good work-life balance: The company promotes a healthy work-life balance with flexible working hours and the option to work remotely when needed.

      Cons

      WeFrame Tech is still in the process of establishing some internal structures. This sometimes leads to occasional challenges in streamlining processes and roles across teams, but it's a natural part of growing a business.
