      chaotic management

      Pros

      Colleagues are mostly nice and smart young people.

      Cons

      Overall management is really chaotic. I am purely from technical background and would say this chaos is not bearable. Lots of people are leaving because of heavy "war-room culture", which the management is even proud of. Compensation is very uncompetitive, too.

      all employees super kind, fun to work with. groups play pool/ping pong during lunch every day. good chinese food.

      Cons

      not much variety in food. hours are not the most standard bc most of company is in china. you will work 10-7, (rarely, but) sometimes later
