Pros

Great opportunities to learn new skills. Great colleagues and opportunities to team build. Good line management. Remote/flexi work options + ability to travel. International experience and networking opportunities. Decent pay and bonus scheme.

Cons

Senior management and stakeholders unclear of the direction they actually wish to go in, resulting in numerous last minute changes to strategy and execution. Very political at the top which causes issues to trickle down internally. Stressful and end up juggling too many things at once with little to no reward or recognition.

Pros

WeRoad offers to developers a full remote possibility, and a total flexibility. The benefits are great especially for new parents. Everyday work is always a very interesting experience, with lots of changes and decisions to take, and even if you are just a developer your voice is always heard and very welcome.

Cons

None actually, it can be challenging and a little chaotic at times, but that is actually well explained before you join the company

Cons

- Sometimes feel disconnected from HQ in Milan. - Being a start up it can be intense but that's a given. - If you're willing to work hard and take things in your stride and get involved in the community - it's a great job.
