      Don’t judge the book by the cover ! It looks nice but isn’t work your money!

      Pros

      - wevillage is always hiring because everyone’s always quitting because of management .

      Cons

      - management is unorganized and clearly doesn’t know what their doing - low staff - low pay - children ratio and teacher ratio was always a problem - employees do not last more than 2 months - everyone quits - the owner / ceo is extremely rude & cheap - over works you - your more of a maid than a teacher because the owner cares more about the appearance of the school than the kids so you’ll have to clean more than you actually teach

      Pros

      The facility is beautiful and tricks parents into enrolling their children

      Cons

      The owner is rude, she doesn’t like to pay, she doesn’t have to correct amount of staffing, she will over work you and under pay you. She is robbing the parents of their money and the children are not getting the care they deserve.

      Cute Kids, Cute Atmosphere, Difficult Working Environment

      Pros

      - Working with kids, in general, is a delight. - The branding for the company is very cute and follows through in the atmosphere, decor, furniture, etc. in whichever location you work at. - If you're opening, you'll have time to do homework if you're still in school. - You'll really bond with the "regulars" who are in every day (kids + parents) - You'll be able to bring your kids to work with you

      Cons

      - Little pay for hard work - Safety feels like an afterthought for employees (no processes on how to handle aggressive kids/parents, no processes on handing cleaning supplies other than storing them) - Employee lunches were forced, but you aren't actually able to leave for your lunch due to overstaffing so you have to work through your unpaid lunch. - Upper Management can be hostile to employees, disparaging remarks about appearance and abilities
