Pay is okay, but management creates a toxic environment

Pros

Pay is okay and that is the only positive.

Cons

I would not recommend working here. The founder and CEO has a very heavy handed management style that borders on constant micromanagement, making it difficult to feel trusted or empowered in your role. Direction and priorities change frequently, often without clear communication, which creates confusion and makes it hard to succeed or plan effectively. He will also gaslight employees, dismissing or reframing concerns in a way that makes people question their own experience. Compensation practices are another concern. It often feels like bonuses for non sales employees are avoided or inconsistently applied, while sales teams do receive theirs, which creates a sense of inequity across the organization. The office environment also leaves a lot to be desired. It feels more like a high pressure call center than a professional workplace, noisy, tightly controlled, and lacking in autonomy. Overall, the culture is stressful and inconsistent, and it is not an environment where most people can do their best work or feel valued.
