Leadership in US & UK selfish. They don't have sympathy towards employees. The Management in US deleting our real frustration and fabricating information to just look nice. STOP Pretending!

Pros

There is literally no pros in working here, unless you like working for a really abnoxious management. You'll notice that as soon as some bad reviews is posted here, they quickly go into damage-control mode and post positive reviews. These are all fabricated. This is their approach in work and life generally.

Cons

-Bureaucratic work environment from US office. Automation does not seem promising. -Every year there is an ongoing restructuring in Asia. In recent years a large amount of staffs left, main reason is resignation. However, in the past year many are seemingly being forced out and roles are made redundant. -All of the US leadership are unprofessional and unethical. -They may have temporary success, but they will never be a good company to work with unless present leadership steps down.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We did undertake organizational changes in our Cyberjaya office over the last year and, though we understand change is hard, we received overwhelmingly positive feedback. We also consolidated our Research Offices this year, which resulted in the closing of our Mysore office. We are extremely proud that many employees from our Mysore office successfully relocated to Cyberjaya!

Pros

Flexible working hour, great culture, friendly colleagues.

Cons

My impression of the top management / shareholder (in the U.S.) is that they are very stingy and calculative. Every now and then they always come up with empty promises about promotion and career growth or office expansion for current employees but never materialize. Recently there has been a restructuring and they are promoting some employees to important roles but even so, only a selected few would make it and there are not willing to spend any additional money beyond their budget just to create one or two more senior roles for long serving employees. In the end, the left-overs will be forced to leave the company. Their starting salary is good for fresh grads (if you make the cut) but after several years you'll be dying to leave the company.
