The experience I have had at Wealth Cap thus far has been great. The team of people I work with daily has been incredibly supportive and helpful on this new journey.
Cons
At this point in my time with them it is hard to truly notice any flaws.

Culture of drive & growth that looks for the right people to grow with them with high morals & business ethics. They are not just looking for employees to make money, they want the long term success of all involved. Hands on from the top down.
Cons
If your not a positive, motivated & high accountable person, it isnt for you.
