Started with a good pay structure, Company car with gas card, 401k Insurance benefits Great company Christmas parties Nice company showroom

Owner lacks leadership skills to successfully scale company. Owner won't accept responsibility for his actions. Not open to constructive criticism or employees opinions on the marketplace and company operating systems. Micro manages and controls employees & managers, does not trust employees to operate to the best of their abilities in the best interest of the company. Changes mind on decisions made almost daily depending on the mood with zero predictability. Lack of integrity and poor moral compass. Cut/lowered pay structure. Only stands behind lifetime workmanship warranty when it's convenient for owner.
