Pros

Diverse, inclusive, caring, mentoring available, organized, offers lots of training, employee focused, hires great talent, positive work relationships, good pay, investing wisely back into business

Cons

Lots of things are kept 'close to the vest' with upper management - it would be nice if upper management spent more time getting to know employees better. Lots of growth, which has its growing pains.

Poor company to work for

Pros

They do offer a competitive salary

Cons

Was told there was minimal travel but I was placed at a job that was over 2 hours from my home and I had to live in a hotel for over 18 months. I took social distancing very seriously when Covid broke out in 2020 and was subsequently let go by my new supervisor who accused me of being unsociable. The company made no effort to place me elsewhere when this person simply "didn't like me"
