      Give me a moment. Oh, most of the people you work with are likable. Also, the 401k match is the greatest benefit.

      Cons

      Name the category and I'll say terrible. No raises. No bonuses. No diversity. No voice. Management? None. A bunch of people with management titles that are terrible leaders. As an employer, you will have to advocate for yourself. Management are bullies that use their rank to override everything decision or thought process of those reporting to them. Want to be valued? Better off trying McDonald's. It's a joke here.
