Pros

Nothing at all. Seriously, nothing.

Cons

Had a terrible experience working for them before so fired them as a client. Then got an email later from the owner asking if I wanted to work for them. I said no, don't email me again. Next day I got an email from some rep by another name who worked for the company assigning me work. I emailed back and said I wasn't doing any work for them and stop emailing me. The rep said oh yeah sorry that was the guy you spoke with yesterday (the owner), even though it came from a separate email account and had a girls name. Company is incredibly suspect and dishonest and I would never recommend anyone ever works for them.

Do not work with them unless it's really necessary

Pros

i have been working with them and the only benefit of working with them is the work from home option , that's it, there is literally no other benefit of working with them

Cons

there are many - firstly they are paying non native writers literally peanuts as compared to the standard rates prevalent in the market today and this is sheer exploitation of the writers who put their heart and soul in writing stuff for the company. secondly ,they never pay their writers on time , they want you to stick to deadlines and finish the job on time but when it comes to compensating writers for the same work they take ages despite constant reminders from the writer's end , considering that they generate so much of revenue in a year(i am going by what is posted on glassdoor) , they should really start valuing their writers who are literally the foundations of their business thirdly i recently found out that the owner of weaving thoughts also owns another content marketing website -GaiaQ.com and the rate for writers mentioned on the website is 10 to 40 times more than what it is on weaving thoughts with the same set of clients, which has actually left me wondering what if they divert their work from GaiaQ.com to writers at weavingthoughts and pay the writers a lot less than what they claim to and in the process corner huge profits for themselves , if any of this is true then they are literally cheating their writers and this is a classic example of fraud...
