      The worst place ever I had worked on.No respect for workers. Ultimate waste!!

      If you feel being waste, join here and will realise that you are not that waste as the company. Getting one star as no star option is allowed!!

      Cons

      Everything is cons. Can’t say anything in particular. Sometimes being shame is good at least to remember that you are humans. Moreover don’t even try to make workers stay after office time. Not compromising on the arrival timings then no need to compromise on leaving timings too. It will be great if you raise the standards at least to normal from utter waste. All the best!! No respect to workers!! Ultimate waste!! Taking away mobile phones to make the works engaged.

      When I started in Web India Solutions in January 2013, they offered me a unique opportunity to gain professional experience. I face new challenges every day, at first it was too difficult for me but this helps me to grow and learn in my position. I am still being challenged with interesting new tasks and responsibilities. Now I am working here over the past 5.6 years, WIS simply become part of my family. It has been a great pleasure being a part of WIS.

      Once the management found that a staff's work performance is poor because of their negative approach towards the company, then all the things like delaying salary etc will get worse for them...
