Pros
Management and the Owner (Fred) were good to work with, Fred always tried to pay his employees better than what they earned. Each Department was well ran, and worked good together.

Easy work, ok pay. Little problems for picker/packers. Easy to understand pay rates, although not always followed to the t.
Cons
Management. Good guy left, girl bout to. Communication sucks. Too many changes. All looking for more stable jobs, we don't understand what's going on most of the time
