      Great Company with Overwhelming Expectations

      Pros

      Awesome Employees, Competitive Pay & Great Benefits. I really enjoyed the environment at WebBank, the staff was really supportive and fun to be around.

      Cons

      There were never ending changes from learning new platforms, changing entire work responsibilities and really high expectations. It became overwhelming to work here. I understand that it's an exciting, evolving industry but the management pushed too many changes in a short period and the work load never diminished, it was too stressful to keep up.

      Fully stocked kitchen, and flexible work arrangements.

      Cons

      Leadership at times seems to not know how to treat employees or execute change in an effective manner. Multiple changes in 2024 have made it a less and less desirable place to work. Total reorganization and change of programs managed for almost everyone team member. Work loads increasing for all! Pay doesn’t keep up with inflation. No sick time, you use vacation for that or just work anyway. Busy work, yes you can count on that by the boat load. To many duplicative and inefficient processes over whelm team members. Quality people leaving for being overworked. Newer department Senior leaders micro managing work effort and overly critical of any/all presentation or reports produced. The input some leadership provides, doesn’t add value and is only to the individuals personal taste. When it’s your turn to present, prepare to be bullied and ridiculed by leadership in front of all your peers from various teams across the bank.

      WebBank is a great company!

      Pros

      I can't say enough about how great WebBank is. The executive team and management are open and easy to work with. They are willing to spend time with the individual to help development. Management teams are focused on the employees and helping us achieve our goals. The workload is manageable, engaging, helps to expand my skill set and challenging.

      Cons

      Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about WebBank. If things continue to go as they are, I will be a WebBank employee for the rest of my career.
